Help! I want to add an artist/song, but I don't know how
Are we missing a song you want? Request it!

Here are some general guidelines to keep the site consistent. If you find a tab inconsistent with these, please edit it to conform.

Tab string order

The tabs should have the highest-tuned string (high E string) on the top, and the lowest-tuned string (low E string) on the bottom.

Page naming

  • Artist pages should simply be named the name of the artist.
    • For artists known under multiple names, use the most commonly used current name for the artist, and create redirects for any alternate names.
    • For artists with the word 'the' at the beginning of their name the artist's page should be titled 'the artist' while in the list it should be sorted under 'artist, the'
    • For artists who's page title is their full name the artist page should be titled in the format 'First Name Last Name' but added to the list in the format 'Last Name, First Name'.
  • Song pages should be named "Artist Name/Song Name".
    • Bass tabs are at "Artist Name/Song Name/Bass", drums at "Artist Name/Song Name/Drums", and so forth for other types of tabs.
  • Help pages should be kept under the Help: namespace.
  • new Categories must be created under the Category: namespace or they won't work.
  • All page names should be correctly spelled and spaced.
